If you fire at the higher level where there are clusters of similar colored bubbles that will burst, all the bubbles beneath it will also be removed from the board freeing a lot of board space making the game more easier for you to play.
If you want to change settings in the game like toning down of the board color, just click on the setup button located at the upper right hand side of the screen. Sound settings and sound volumes can also be changed. Animation can be enabled and you also have the option to add extra enhancements such as auto-save and graphics acceleration. This game has three increasing levels of difficulty namely novice, expert and master. For beginners, you can start with novice but as you get better in playing with it, then you can go for the more difficult level such as expert and master. In fact the more you think and plan, the greater your score will be and the lesser chance of firing where there are no same-colored bubble clusters. Finishing the game real quick will prove to be a disadvantage and you may not be able to burst as much bubbles if you’re in a hurry. Just take the time and make sure that every shot that is fired will really count.
